An art class is practicing figure painting, but the instructor isn’t impressed. When she insists that there is only one right way to paint, Puppy Jay counters that beauty is in every creation. Soon the class is painting each other’s naked bodies, adding colorful splashes and a hot mess to the glory of the human body.
BDSM kink can be an incredible opportunity to experience freedom and healing. But too often, it’s made to seem like an exclusive club. We resist this idea, dreaming of a kink culture where people of any identity, body, mobility, socioeconomic class or experience level can play.Â
The weekend was electric with dozens of participants, including 14 people of all different body sizes and mobilities suspended on the Cliff Media rig.Â
Scene concepts in this incredible weekend ranged from silly play like a hardware store with high-powered “drill-dos”, to education about DIY low-cost kink toys and meaningful lessons about disability-accessible kink spaces.Â
We’re carrying this momentum into our next shoot weekend, April 17-19, proudly led by people with disabilities. Radical inclusion is the core of what we do. Join us!Â
