At our Abundant Love Dance Rave on February 13, 2026, our Creative Director, Josh Pax, set up a time lapse go-pro. Although the shoot didn’t officially start until about 6pm, the camera was recording from about 3pm – 10pm.
Of course a lot of the set-up was done in the days before, but between about 3-5pm, many folks pitched in for the final touches on music, art and set prep.
Next, you see us all gathered in an opening circle. We review our organizational values and approaches then everyone takes turns introducing themselves and sharing their enthusiastic sexual hell yeses and no’s for the scene.
Occurring simultaneously, what doesn’t appear in the video, is all the release form process conducted in a separate room, in the dungeon, where everyone signs a big packet of paperwork and takes pictures with their forms and IDs.
The opening circle can take a while – especially with 21 people in the room like this night – but it’s worth it for the impact of community organizing, getting to know each other and having conversations about sexual preferences and consent before fucking.
We take a little break for everyone to care for their bodies, then we get started with filming. The hour of dancing and fucking – the porn part of the shoot – is sped up considerably in this time lapse because that’s the part you can watch elsewhere on this site. It is, however, particularly sweet to see the gradual transition here into people cuddling near the end of the scene.
After the scene, we gather in a closing aftercare circle. We go around the circle and everyone shares how they’re doing and what they need, either physically or emotionally.
Finally, you see people heading out, gathering their things, giving hugs goodbye. The time lapses ends with BT Frasier taking advantage of the moment to create some solo content, using the Cliff House for one of its many intended purposes, a space for content creators to make independent sexy art.
Cliff Media is about so much more than just sexy videos. At a couple community events in 2024, we asked folks why they came, what they’d like to see more of in porn, and what inclusive porn and sex-positive community led by LGBTQ folks and people with disabilities means to them.
Some of the answers are a profound reminder of why we do this work. We build toward a vision of sex-positive community, rooted in enthusiastic consent and diverse sexuality, where everyone knows they are loved and wanted.

The film premiered in 11 film festivals across 6 countries and was released for public streaming in 2025.
The organization has grown a lot since its very first shoot week, including work to follow and support the leadership of BIPOC and people with disabilities.
But many of the underlying goals remain the same, including practicing enthusiastic consent, lifting up LGBTQ+ leadership and voices, embracing the awkward, messy experience of being human, and building community where everyone knows they are loved and wanted.
